Week 3 - Healthy Me
This week was all about Healthy Me - healthy eating, healthy bodies and healthy minds. The children took on challenges relating to the cancelled Tokyo Olympics, investigated their bones, thought about mindfulness, relaxed and watched the clouds, designed a new kit for their favourite team and generally learnt what it takes to be healthy. Daily challenges included creating their own Joe Wicks styled workout, doing mindfulness colouring, creating skeletons from sticks, designing a healthy plate of food, making a nature mobile and finishing the week designing their own throwing game.
